We are small group personal training sessions in Leighton Buzzard. When you join you get:

What's The Freedom Program by RG Fitness?
​
Weight loss is really simple: you just need to consume less calories than you burn. Anyone who tells you differently is either lying, or terribly ill-informed.

Why then, do you continually fail to hit your goal weight, and/or stay there?
