Congratulations on joining the Zero To Hero programme. Get ready to transform into a fitness HERO.

Let me know:

1. Your chosen days. Remember you can choose one, two or three of the days depending on whether you are a bronze, silver or gold member. Your options are:

Sundays 8-9pm

Tuesdays 8-9pm

Thursdays 8-9pm

You'll also be pleased to know that once we have launched you will be able to cancel and swap bookings around where there's space if you are unable to make a session.

Let me know what you wish to achieve during the 6 weeks and I'll write out a personalised programme just for you. Be a specific or general as you like.
