Face Your Fears

Be proactive in life.
So my PT business is doing pretty well. I’ve got more clients right now than I’ve ever had.
BUT
It took me a long time to get here. And I could be having more.
Why?
Because I’m not “working the floor” as the boss man puts it. I’m waiting for clients to come to me, rather than going out and speaking to them. There’s so much potential on the gym floor, and I’m not tapping into it.
And it’ ridiculous really, because I know that deep down a part of me is SCARED.
How do I approach people?
What do I say?
What if they say no?
I found a definite fear of rejection within me. Which is funny because I thought I’d gotten over that. I guess we get to always keep on learning these lessons don’t we. Maybe we never fully put them behind us, we just continue to grow and improve.
But really, how many of us shy away from our true potential for fear of being rejected? Or judged? Or not knowing what to say?
How many people have failed to start that business, grow that business, enter that competition or start that new hobby because of fear? Do you ever wonder what you life would be like if you didn’t experience fear. Or if you turned it on it’s head and always did the thing that scared you anyway?
Can you imagine?
What would your life be like?
So join me in this challenge. I am going to face my fears, and you are going to face yours.
If you wish. It’s none of my business but if you want to continue hiding behind your excuses and shy away from your true potential then go ahead.
But if you’re ready to do something that scares you then join me in facing that shit.
