And that’s good news.


Your life, your body, your health and fitness and happiness and well-being. There’s one person and one person only responsible for all of this…and that’s you.


It’s so easy to blame other people or circumstances for not having what we want, but the common denominator is always you.


Ultimately you always have control.


What do you prioritise in your life?

Is it stuff that’s aligned to your goals? Will you daily actions move you closer to your goals? Or away from them? What’s more important.


Wherever you are in life, that’s where you put yourself. What happens TO us has very little to do with the overall outcome for our lives. It’s all about how we react and respond to life.


Perhaps you don’t just blame other people or circumstances for where you are. Maybe you struggle with an internal battle. Perhaps you have unhealed pain that is holding you back.


Believe me, I get it. Been there, done that, got the motherfucking t-shirt. My pain DID hold me back. It caused me to have many poor relationships. Binge eat. Gain a lot of weight. Depression. Hating myself. Etc etc blah blah blah. I talk about this stuff all of the time. You’ve probably heard it all before.


But who was responsible for finding the right help and healing me?

Me.

I am responsible for me. You are responsible for you.

Now, isn’t that liberating?


Is it not a weight off your shoulders to know that no one and nothing can fuck with you. Nothing can fuck up your life or hold you back. Only you can. And you have the power and ability to change that.


Taking personal responsibility is a blessing. A relief. It’s empowering.

So what are you waiting for? Go take control.
